The new Golden Cactus Studio/Gallery at the Hilltop Mall (Johnston and Thrift in White Rock) will have its grand opening this Saturday and Sunday (May 30-31).

New studio/gallery to provide a versatile venue in White Rock

The Golden Cactus Studio/Gallery has returned to White Rock with a newly-opened space at 1455 Johnston Rd. (near Thrift).

The new base of operations for artists Chris MacClure (creator of International Artist Day) and Marilyn Hurst will have its official public opening this Saturday (May 30) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday (May 31) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The  studio will be the venue for art classes, art rental, restoration, Thursday night art and wine parties, critiques and commissions, and is also available for parties, birthdays and other group events.
