If you're going to try, go all the way...

Three months ago, the marketers of Washington's Sasquatch Music Festival used those words – from the poem 'Roll the Dice' by writer Charles Bukowski, the late "laureate of American lowlife" – to promo its 2015 show.

And it appears, if the lineup is any indication, that Sasquatch is swinging for the fences. Or as Bukowski says a verse or two later, "And it will be better than anything else you can imagine." (Well, maybe.)

This May, over the Memorial Day long weekend, modern a-list acts like Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Rey, Of Monsters and Men, and Ryan Adams will combine forces with the legendary Robert Plant – the voice of Led Zeppelin – and the rest of the concert's three-day lineup, for Sasquatch's 14th annual show at The Gorge amphitheatre in George, Washington.

The festival has become a major destination for North American outdoor music seekers, especially those in B.C., along with Coachella (California), Bonnaroo (Tennessee), and Austin City Limits (Texas, duh).

Last year's show sold out for the May long weekend, although Sasquatch was forced to cancel a second weekend, which it flirted with hosting on the Fourth of July. That weekend was to include acts like Soundgarden and Frank Ocean, before it was axed due to low sales numbers (via Rolling Stone).

Tickets for the 2015 festival will go on sale this Saturday, February 7.

More information is available on the festival's website at SasquatchFestival.com, or on Instagram.
