Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is the new cover athlete of EA Sports' long-running Madden NFL franchise, and will grace the front flap of the 2015 edition – which should be released this summer/fall.

Sherman was elected by a fan vote, defeating Cam Newton in the final round.
