A diverse lineup of young performers will hit the stage in Surrey this week to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.
Produced by singer, actor and cancer survivor Samantha Andrews, the Talents For A Cure variety show features the return of Tommy Alto and his band, as well as zheng player Julie Han, who entranced audiences last year with her ancient Chinese instrument.
Also taking the stage this year is singer Adam Olgui, dancers Patrick Arnott and Elisabeth Lay, and Andrews.
Thirteen-year-old Benjamin Dunnill will also perform, as will singers Sean and Colleen Donnelly and magician The Great Marrdini and his assistant Ling Ling.
Talents For A Cure takes place July 13 at 7 p.m. at the Newton Cultural Centre, 13530 72 Ave.
