Calling all junior badminton players.
Wing’s Badminton Club is hosting the 2024 Grandview Heights Secondary Junior B Series Badminton Tournament at the South Surrey school Feb. 15-17, over the Family Day long weekend.
Local junior players are encouraged to register for the annual competition, now in its third year.
It's an integral part of a series recognized by both Badminton BC and Badminton Canada, with a wide age bracket designed to include not just students, but also, members of the broader badminton community in the area.
Badminton players aged U11 (born in 2015 or later) to U19 (born in 2007 or later) with a recreational, provincial or national membership are eligible to enter the tournament.
