White Rock Farmers Market proves a popular Sunday attraction

Fresh flowers, veggies and berries featured at weekly market

Blue skies and sunny weather attracted many to the White Rock Farmers Market Sunday (July 14), with several humans bringing their four-legged canine companions along for the fun.

From fresh flowers, berries, vegetables, fruits, eggs, and other farm goods, the market also featured a variety of other vendors, as it does every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering sauces, jams, jellies, spices, rubs, gelato, freshly baked bread, clothing, jewelry, candles, soaps and much more.

With nearly 100 vendor spaces, the market attracts many regular shoppers each week, despite an initially soggy start to the summer season.
