White Rock city council has come up with a new idea for a new city hall. The fact that the old city hall and the library would disappear does not seem to matter.
I am sure the council and employees would like an improved work environment. But the idea of building a tower at Johnston Road and Russell Avenue is not a good idea. The library would be on a floor of the tower.
Council, please think about the idea of building a new city hall where the old city hall is. That lovely stretch of Buena Vista Avenue with the library and hall must stay as it is.
