This reader says city's plans are a recipe for 'traffic chaos'

Editor,

Let’s see, now.  We’ll bundle together City Hall services, housing, commercial areas, a library and a daycare in a 12-storey building on a small lot in our busy uptown area.  However, whoop-de-doo, if we raise the height to 25 storeys we can include services for youth and a seniors’ centre.  This is a recipe for more traffic chaos!  We are downgrading our livability and quality of life in White Rock! When’s the next election?
