It is almost time for the Kent Street Activity Centre’s annual Plant and Bake Sale.
On Saturday, April 23, 9 a.m. until noon, delicious homemade baking from the Kent Street Kitchen will also be available for purchase at great prices.
Any donations of your extra outdoor plants, seedlings, herbs or bulbs would be greatly appreciated and can be dropped off the day before between 4 and 6 p.m.

• If you are a low-income senior, and looking for some advice on a legal matter, contact the Kent Street Activity Centre at 604-541-2231 to book a free appointment with Al Benson, a local lawyer that volunteers the first Wednesday of the month.
The next available date is May 4.
• Every Friday afternoon, from 1-3 p.m., you are welcome to join Kent Street Activity Centre’s Stitch & Chat group and work on your own needlecraft, knitting or quilting project in the company of others.
This is a great opportunity to socialize and share ideas.

• The Kent Street Choristers present their annual spring concert, For the Love of Music, on Friday, May 13 at 7:30 p.m.
This beautiful and entertaining performance will be certain to bring a smile to your face.
