Spice up your exercise regimen by taking drop-in classes through White Rock Leisure Services

It’s always fun trying something new to spice up your fitness routine.

Drop-in spaces are available to attend Zumba Gold or Yoga classes. Zumba Gold is a great fusion of Latin-inspired dance techniques used to get you moving in fun, new ways. Yoga improves balance, muscle strength and flexibility while encouraging a feeling of inner peace within you.

• Attend the Bach Flower Remedies for Women workshop on May 7 at 1 p.m. at the Centre for Active Living.

• Improve your posture using the Alexander Technique.

Do you find yourself slouching in a chair? Do you experience pain in your body at the end of the day?

The Alexander technique teaches you to be at ease in your body and to find balance in sitting, standing, walking or any other activity without strain.
