The White Rock branch of the Fraser Valley Regional Library will be open longer hours around federal and provincial statutory holidays.
Starting with the Family Day long weekend in February 2025, various branches will be open their regular hours and will only close on officially recognized federal and provincial statutory holidays.
If a library is typically open on Saturdays and/or Sundays, it will remain open those days on long weekends as well – unless a holiday falls on one of those days, in which case the library branch will be closed.
White Rock's branch, at 15342 Buena Vista Ave., is open Monday to Wednesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. For more details, visit www.fvrl.bc.ca.
