Tunga is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in Group Training, Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition. In addition to her formal education and professional experience, Tunga is dedicated to promoting and helping her clients live active and healthy lifestyles.

“Tunga focuses on mindset and the interconnection of mind and body,” says Parwez. “Like many of our trainers, she takes a holistic approach to fitness.”

Tunga believes being healthy and being fit are not the same thing. As a personal trainer, she teaches members the importance of being healthy and fit and understanding the differences between the two physical states.

“She can give individual attention to meet the needs of each member. For example, if someone comes in with back pain, she can tailor the program to meet that need,” Parwez says.

“Dave has a relatable journey that draws members to realistic, attainable goals,” Parwez says. “By setting clear goals and executing a well-thought-out plan, he succeeded. He shares that with others and guides them in their wellness journey.”

“Dave had heart surgery in his early thirties,” Parwez says. “He overcame this trauma by focusing on his vitality and being in the best health of his life.”

“Rachel brings significant energy and vitality to the studio,” says Parwez.

Through her extensive experience in the bodybuilding circuit, she can bring expertise to her students in mindfulness, daily affirmations, self-love and attention to detail.

“Rachel has a holistic approach to her training and brings that to our programs,” Parwez says.

PR Fitness’s dedicated trainer is none other than Ijaaz Faheem, well-known in boxing circles for exceptional talent, with ten years of industry experience under his boxing belt.

“Ijaaz can skip better than he can walk,” Parwez says. “He is very skilled at what he does. Advanced boxers want to know who they are working with and are always impressed with Ijaaz and what he brings to the ring. He has amazing attention to detail and can bring their skills to the next level.”

Varinder is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His journey started with his desire to adopt a healthy lifestyle. He first became involved in sports. This focus then led to increasing strength and muscle mass through training with knowledgeable professionals.

“Varinder exudes confidence and strength,” Parwez says. “He meets people where they are at, hears their needs, recognizes abilities, and custom designs a program for the individual.”

Varinder strives to provide clients with a holistic approach to training involving exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle considerations. He emphasizes finding a healthy balance between indulging in life’s pleasures and staying fit. Varinder consistently focuses on staying informed of the latest fitness research so he can tailor each workout to the client’s individual needs. Varinder builds relationships with clients and positively impacts lives.
