In a second term I will continue to follow our new Official Community Plan which reduced heights across the City and preserved single family home neighbourhoods. No ‘spot zoning’. Top priorities will be to reduce permit wait times, improve delivery of basic services, beautify the waterfront, uptown, parks and walkways, support affordable housing, and attract new businesses. I will continue voting against unnecessary spending and continue to improve our relations with Semiahmoo First Nations.
