Surrey RCMP are investigating a shooting between two cars in West Newton on Friday afternoon.
At about 1 p.m. RCMP was called to a report of shots fired near 121A Street and 75A Avenue.
When Mounties arrived, they found evidence of shots fired and closed roads to gather evidence.
It was reported that a car and and SUV fled the scene in different directions.
Delta police located the "victim" car in North Delta, and a number of people were arrested there.
No word yet on any injuries, but it appears to be a targeted incident.
