Photographer Alain-Pierre Hovasse (aphovasse on Instagram) captured this image of eagles near Boundary Bay Wednesday.
Hundreds of them were seen at a farm in South Delta near a composting facility.
Given the cold temperature, and the limited food supply, it's anticipated the eagles will be there for several more weeks.
Those who want to see the eagles – south of Ladner Trunk Road, on the edge of Boundary Bay Airport – are advised to refrain from trespassing on private property.
