I am concerned about over development of our beautiful seaside town. Counterintuitively, too much density can be isolating rather than connecting.
We need to initiate a more aggressive water main replacement program. New roads, road repairs and more street drainage.
No pay increases for city Councillors and Mayor, we have some of the highest paid city Councillors in B.C.
We need to hold the line on tax increases.
