Property taxes have to be held or lowered by using grants from all levels of Government to address the critical neglect of infrastructure upgrades (roads, sidewalks and street lighting), lack of affordable housing availability for all groups such as seniors, lower- to middle-income groups as well as the at-risk population.
We need a speedier permitting process. We have to get the City’s overspending under control. Time for action, not empty promises and empty rhetoric.
