Man arrested regarding Surrey sex attacks

A man has been arrested and charged in relation to two sex assaults of Surrey prostitutes.

James Henry Reddemann is also facing charges for an alleged assault of a third victim.

Police are now looking to identify any other potential victims.

On Oct. 26, RCMP arrested Reddemann, of no fixed address, with the help of the public.

He was formally charged Tuesday with sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, two counts of assault), three counts of attempting to choke to overcome resistance, and two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

Reddemann is currently remanded in custody and will be appearing in Surrey Provincial Court on Nov. 5.

Police believe there may be further victims and witnesses who have yet to come forward.
