Jeremy Lee Voakes is wanted for sexual assault with a weapon and unlawful confinement

A Surrey man believed responsible for a violent sexual attack two years ago is now the subject of an RCMP manhunt.

Jeremy Lee Voakes is wanted on an outstanding warrant for sexual assault with a weapon and unlawful confinement.

He is a 25-year-old Caucasian, 6 feet tall, 166 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a Celtic design on his right forearm.

Voakes has faced several assault-related charges in the past.
