UPDATE: Missing Surrey woman found safe

UPDATE: The missing woman has been found and is safe, according to Surrey RCMP. Black Press Media has removed the name of the missing woman from this story for privacy.

Surrey Mounties are asking for the public’s help in finding a 26 year-old woman.

She was last seen at 3:30 a.m. in the area of Whalley Boulevard and Fraser Highway on Friday (June 9).

The woman is described as Asian, five-foot-five and 100 pounds with black hair and black eyes. Surrey RCMP say she is believed to be wearing a maroon coloured jacket, red shorts and carrying a grey back pack.
