A man was stabbed and two were injured early Monday morning at an apartment complex in Whalley.
Police say they responded to a call at about 2 a.m. at 10777 University Dr., where there were reports of several stabbings.
Police arrived to find three individuals in different areas of the complex suffering from various injuries.
A 39-year-old man was stabbed and is in serious condition, while the other two men in their 30s suffered non-life threatening wounds. They were treated at hospital and released and are now in police custody.
Police say all three are known to each other and are known to police for various drug offences.
No word yet on the motive for the attack.

Man on bike dies in collision with car
A man is dead after the motorbike he was riding collided with a car on the weekend.
At just before 1 a.m. Sunday, the 48-year-old man from Surrey was riding his motorcycle eastbound on 88 Avenue when he collided with a 2003 Mitsubishi which was heading westbound while navigating left a turn onto 150 Street.
The 58-year-old Surrey woman in the car was unable to stop in time to avoid the collision. She was not harmed in the collision.
The motorcyclist was thrown some distance from his bike and died at the scene.
Police do not believe alcohol was a contributing factor in the accident, however, the Surrey Traffic Services Unit continues to investigate.
Car smashes into bus stop
On Sunday morning, a car seen driving erratically collided with a bus stop in Newton.
At 11 a.m. Sunday, witnesses said they saw the car weaving and disobeying stop signs before it drove into a bus shelter at 72 Avenue and King George Boulevard.
Fortunately, no one was at the bus stop at the time.
Alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the accident, police say.
The driver has been taken into custody and recommendations of criminal charges are being forwarded to Crown counsel for consideration.
