A new Real Canadian Superstore location could be on the way for Grandview Corners in South Surrey.
Surrey's planning and development department has received an application for the development, planned for 2332 160 St., on behalf of Loblaw Companies Ltd. - Superstore.
The applicant is asking for a development permit for a 14,399 sq.ft. retail commercial building.
Prelminary notices mailed by Surrey this week to businesses and residences in the area note the application is at "a very preliminary stage" and has not yet gone to council.
While no public hearing is yet planned for the proposal, the planning and development department is seeking early public input for the land development and review process.
