Surrey Libraries is hosting an all-candidates’ meeting on May 6 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Cloverdale Library (5642 176A St.). The meeting will focus on the electoral ridings of Surrey-Cloverdale and Surrey-White Rock.
The candidates will be addressing issues of concern to the community with a focus on those pertaining to parents and youth. Youth are encouraged to pose questions.
Registration is not required. Doors will open at 6 pm. The meeting will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. Plan to arrive early as seating is limited. Refreshments will be provided.
Surrey-Cloverdale candidates include: Stephanie Cadieux (Liberal), Harry Kooner (NDP), Howard Wu (Conservative).
Surrey-White Rock Candidates include: Susan Keeping (NDP), Don Pitcairn (Green).
