Surrey RCMP is re-appealing for public assistance to locate a Surrey man wanted on three arrest warrants for several charges.

Three warrants for seven charges were issued for Stephen Farmer between December 2015 and November 2016, including driving while prohibited, flight from police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and more.

In December of 2016, Farmer was added to Surrey RCMP’s “Top 10 Most Wanted” list, but police have yet to locate him.

Farmer is described as a 31-year-old black male, five-foot-eight and 140 pounds with a thin build, black hair and brown eyes.

“Given the passage of time since the warrants were issued, and the gravity of the charges, police are re-appealing to the public for assistance in locating Stephen Farmer,” Surrey RCMP Corporal Scotty Schumann stated Thursday.

“Police focus on chronic offenders (who) commit the majority of crimes in our community in order to have the greatest impact on reducing crime.”

Anyone with more information is asked to contact Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers, if they wish to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-TIPS or solvecrime.ca.
