Family and police are worried about a 21-year-old Surrey woman who's been missing for several days.
Chelsea Hagen was reported missing Jan. 24 and hasn't been seen or heard from since. Her last known residence was in the Newton neighbourhood.
Because she has a high-risk lifestyle, there is concern for her well-being.
Hagen is described as white, 5'8" tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She has tattoos on her left wrist and right forearm.
