A White Rock man arrested on the East Coast in May in connection with "one of the biggest drug busts" in Newfoundland and Labrador's history was released from custody weeks later.
According to officials with the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, the 41-year-old was released on a recognizance following a bail review June 3.
He was arrested in St. John's, Nfld. on May 6.
Officers announcing the arrest described a month-long investigation dubbed 'Project Titan' and search warrants that led to the seizure of "10 kilograms of cocaine, 300 pounds of marijuana, two kilograms of pure MDMA and two kilograms of a substance known as ‘shatter’, which is a chemical derived from marijuana."
Arlen Nathan Hodge is next due to appear in provincial court on July 23.
