White Rock RCMP has released surveillance images of two men who broke into an apartment parkade on Everall Street on Dec. 23.

White Rock RCMP is asking for the public's help to identify two suspects in hopes of curbing a rash of break-ins to underground parkades in the city.

Police this week released video surveillance images of two males who broke into the underground parking garage of an apartment complex in the 1500-block of Everall Street on Dec. 23.

The two men, both described as Caucasian, entered the complex at approximately 11 p.m. and various items were later reported stolen from a number of vehicles.

One man was wearing track pants with the lettering 'Red Dragon' on the leg, a grey and black sweatshirt and a black baseball cap. The second suspect wore blue jeans, a black and white jacket and striped scarf and a camouflage pattern baseball cap.

Const. Shaileshni Molison said police have seen a recent increase in break-ins to underground parkades.

"(We) are pursuing a number of investigational avenues, and hope that someone will be able to identify the suspects," she said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact White Rock RCMP at 778-593-3600, or, if wishing to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
