With grieving hearts our love does lay,
Beside the breast a mother's cry;
She weeps for him with deep lament,
The son she had, she'll not forget.
Adam attended Sunny Side Elementary School, graduated from Semiahmoo High School in White Rock BC has died tragically in Duncan BC.
Adam was a loving son, devoted father, beloved brother and caring friend; if you needed him, he was always there to help.
Adam enjoyed soccer at an early age, rose up the ranks and continued into the men's league. His nickname was "Big". He was a creative writer, enjoyed acting, participating in group activities and social events, ran for charities; one time dressing up as spider man. He had a good heart, good with animals and gentle with children. Adam played for the North Delta Men's soccer team.
Adam did mason work for a short time enjoying the creative side of working with rocks and stones until he injured his back.
Adam never enjoyed eating alone, he was a social creature so you would always find him at his best cooking and serving friends and family.
He had a good sense of humour and a warm embrace that will always be remembered.
Adam has shockingly left us all too soon; leaving behind his little girl Adrianna, who will sorely miss her daddy. May Adrianna, as she grows, find comfort among the many family and friends who loved him.
Grieving him are his mother Kelly (Alan), brothers Bryan & Nathan, sisters Olivia & Leah, dad Gordon, stepdad Darryl, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, along with both maternal and paternal grandmothers.
Adam will be deeply missed in the community of White Rock, as well as in his final 2 years spent in Duncan, BC where he participated in volunteer work, helping coordinate meal preparations and attending small group meetings.
Adam was a novice photographer, an advocate for better services to assist in drug rehab and enjoyed going for long walks, in and throughout the community, he was always known to offer a smile and a kind word. Adam loved the Lord, he was a gentle man, a man of deep thoughts with kindness on his shoulders. Adam would ask for world peace and people to be happy.
Please join us in remembering our beloved Adam, while grieving his passing is difficult, by celebrating his life, he will be remembered with love.
Celebration of Life will be at 11:00am on Saturday, June 21st at White Rock Community Church, 15280 Pacific Ave (on the corner of Fir St.) Reception to follow.
