It is with sad hearts that we recognize the passing of Adam, a loving father, son, brother, nephew and friend. Adam passed in Duncan, but many of his early years were spent in White Rock.
A graduate of Semiahmoo High School, Adam also attended Sunnyside Elementary.
From a young age, Adam was a keen and talented soccer player, excelling in the sport and playing for the Delta Metro team, as well as the Whitecap Youth Team. Blazing speed and an amazing touch made him virtually unstoppable as a striker.
Adam trained in the field of masonry work, an area where his creativity and intelligence had an opportunity to shine. He was so proud of the projects he completed and always shared the processes involved. From a young age Adam was interested in cooking, especially when it involved cooking for family and friends, with a big hug and caring smile to accompany a meal.
Adam's passing sadly leaves behind his daughter Adrianna, whom he loved and doted on. As she grows, may she find comfort and love in the family and learn more about her father's love. Also feeling the loss are mother Kelly (Alan), father Gordon, brothers Bryan and Nathan, sisters Olivia and Leah, stepfather Darryl and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandmothers.
Adam will be missed in his community Duncan where he volunteered in meal preparation and attended small group meetings with many non-profit organizations. He would often be seen on long walks around Duncan, but always with time to stop for a hug and kind word.
Please join us in remembering Adam in a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM Saturday June 21st at Peace Portal Alliance Church, 15128 27 B Ave, Surrey. Reception to follow.
