MORAVEC, AGNES. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful wife and mother, Agnes Moravec (nee Plut). She passed away in White Rock on Sunday, October 23rd with family by her side. Born June 23rd, 1933 in Princeton, BC, she lived her life surrounded with family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Frank, and her 3 children - Mary, Leanna, and Frank & Michelle (Frank's spouse) as well as her grandchildren Jesse, Nastassia, and Nicholas. Agnes will be greatly missed and remembered lovingly by her 2 sisters, Frances and Marge, and her 4 brothers, Frank, Luis, Joe, and Martin. Agnes grew up in the small town of Osoyoos, BC and as a young adult, relocated to Vancouver, making many life-long friends. She had a remarkable memory, never forgetting anyone's telephone number and she loved music, as she played the accordion throughout her life. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 28th from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Good Shepherd Church, 2250-150 St, Surrey, BC., followed by a Funeral Mass at 1 pm.
