It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden illness and passing of Jean on May 12, 2007.
People who met Jean always enjoyed her friendly conversation and instantly liked her.
As an "only", Jean enjoyed her time on her own. She was an avid reader and an animal lover and contentment for Jean was a good book and a pet lying at her feet.
Jean also thoroughly enjoyed travelling throughout the world soaking up the atmosphere and history of the places she visited. She enjoyed planning new adventures with travel companions, seeking out places that she had read about and now wished to see.
