February 17, 1933 - July 30, 2021
Alison was a well-loved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and auntie who passed away on July 30th, 2021 in Langley, B.C., Canada at the age of 88. Alison is survived by her children, Brad, Doug (Bill), Chris (Doug), Jill, (Drew); 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, and her brother Julian.
Born February 17th, 1933, in Jamaica, W.I., Alison immigrated to Canada with her husband, Neil, where they raised their four children first in Manitoba, before moving their family to White Rock, BC, where they lived for many years.
A piano teacher who taught many students in White Rock and Langley, Alison was also an amazing seamstress who could whip up a dress in an hour. But her true passion was anything equestrian, and Alison's dream was realized when they retired to their 5-acre Langley home, complete with its own riding ring.
Some like to think that she hasn't really left, but just decided to take her most beloved horse, Goldie, down the White Rock trails to the beach for one last ride on the sands.
