1922 - 2011. LIND, Allan Edward passed away peacefully on April 28, 2011. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Emma; children Doug (Khem), Ted (Terry) and Donna; grandchildren Christina (Chad), Jennifer (Dan), Brien (Olivia), Chanelle; great-grandchildren Vivika, Spencer, Benjamin, Ronin, Alexander and many other relatives and friends. Allan was born in Acheson, AB in 1922. He fought in WW II with the Royal Canadian Navy before beginning his 47 year career with Westfair Foods which led him to live in many different cities throughout Western Canada. Allan will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831-28 Ave, Surrey, BC.
