Arthur Bertram Collins

Born in Detroit, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 in Peace Arch Hospital at the age of 75.

Predeceased by infant son David.

He will be lovingly remembered by wife Judy, 10 children, 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and his sister Pat, as well as a great number of relatives and friends around the world.

A graduate of Michigan State University, and a veteran of the US Army, having proudly served at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland.

He was proud of his participation in the APOLLO & Gemini (USA) and LANDSAT (CEN) programs as well as his contributions, through MDA and CIDA, to remote sensing programs in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Member of the Probus Club and teacher at the Computer Club of the Seniors Centre.

He is proud of all his children and their accomplishments.

In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully acknowledged to The Kidney Foundation.

A Celebration of Life was held on Monday, August 29, 2005 at the Good Shepherd Church in South Surrey, BC.
