MELVIN, Beatrice Jane (nee McEwen) May 6, 1925 – October 28, 2013. Betty Jane passed away on a beautiful sunny fall day with her family by her side. During her battle with cancer she fought hard, never complained and kept her sense of humour till the end. She is survived by husband John, son Stuart, daughter Marnie Rigter, daughter-in-law Melanie, and son-in-law Phil, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Irene Thomas hospice.
