Born May 13, 1921 in Calgary, Alberta. Bert served in W.W. II Squadron 413 Royal Canadian Air Force.
He is survived by the love his life, wife Clarice; son Richard (Arlene); daughter Judith (Alan); grandchildren Dara and Cody; step-grandchildren Wendy and Julie and their spouses and great grand-daughter Alexandra.
A family memorial service was held at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre in Surrey, B.C. on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at 11:00 a.m.
