We are sad to announce the passing of Carol Margot Anderson, April 29th at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Carol was born in Hollywood California where she took her nursing degree. She loved being a nurse! After meeting and marrying Dr. Alex McPhillips, she moved to Canada to start her new life. After Alex passed away, she married Doug Anderson. They had some very happy years together until Doug's passing in 2011.
We would like to thank the very caring nurses at the Renal Unit at Surrey Memorial hospital and also the staff at Crescent Gardens where Carol resided. Carol appreciated kindness and every sunny day. Special thanks to Good Shepherd Church and her friend there, Janice.
She leaves behind her niece Jackie, sister in law Audrey and step children, Darren, Holly and Dean.
