Cecil James: Born in Killarney, Manitoba, January 31, 1914. Passed away at his home in Surrey B.C. on March 18, 2004.
Survived by his loving family - wife Anne, daughter Gail (Rod) Richmond, grandchildren Shannon (Dave) Mitchell and Ryan Richmond; great-grandchildren Kyle and Brandon Mitchell; Cecil's brother Wilfred and sister Isobel McEachern, her son Ron (Lynette) McEachern and their family, grand-nephews Paul and Jeff Fletcher and their families.
Friends were invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 14615 - 16th Avenue, White Rock B.C. followed by Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, B.C.
A celebration of Cecil's life took place at White Rock Baptist Church, 1657 - 140 St., Surrey, (Wednesday, March 24th) at 2:30 p.m.
