Charles Gray Walker

Born July 13, 1924 in Calgary Alta., passed away peacefully September 16, 2004 in White Rock, BC.

He is predeceased by his sister Cora MacMillan and grandsons John Crowle and Wayne Blaak.

Charlie will be forever remembered by his loving wife Molly of 57 years, his children Keith (Barb), Ken (Judy), Cheryl (Steve) and Carol; sister Grace Harrison, 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends.

Charlie served in the navy overseas in WW2 and was an active member of The Royal Canadian Legion in Calgary, Alta. He worked for 28 years with C.P. Rail; retiring in 1988 as a supervisor of stores in Ogden.

He also taught adult education for 10 years in Calgary before he and Molly retired to White Rock, B.C.

A memorial service was held at Valley View Funeral home, Arbor Centre, 14660 - 72 Avenue, Surrey at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, September 24, 2004 with Rev Deb Hinksman officiating, followed by a Tea.
