March 19, 1944 - June 7, 2025
There is an old Irish song that goes...
"I've travelled all over this world,
And now to another I go.
You may be sure that good fortune is waiting,
To welcome old Rosin the Bow."
Well, one old Irish Rover has done just that.
D. Ian Patton, born March 19, 1944 (81 years), took the "Great Le'p" on the 7th of June 2025.
His wife of 57 years, Pat, was at his side when he left with the dawn.
Dearly missed by his beloved daughter Sara (Van) and his equally beloved son Owen (Kazuko) and his surviving brothers in Ulster as well as his coterie of friends from all four corners of the Earth and White Rock and Surrey in his chosen B.C. home.
