We are sorry to announce the passing of Dale (John) Taylor of Surrey. He passed away on Wednesday August 11, 2021, at the age of 85. After a brief battle with cancer, Dale died peacefully in Hospice with his beloved wife Carroll and their children by his side. Dale was born in Regina, Sask March 13th 1936.
Dale was an only child and was raised by his Grandparents and Aunt. He came to White Rock in 1945. He grew up there and that is where he met and married Carroll (Dick).
He had a long career as an engineer with what was then known as BC TEL. He also loved to invent and create and his last years were spent chasing the lotto which we all were sure he would win!
He is survived by his wife Carroll, daughters Theresa Tuttle, Nadine Applejohn, Jennifer Madrigal, son Paul Taylor and their spouses, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
