On November 11, 2020, Danuta "Danka" Elzbieta Lakomy passed away peacefully in her sleep at home after her year-long battle with cancer. She was 66 years old.
Our "Baba" as she liked to be called by her grandson and his friends was an amazing wife, mom, grandmother and maker of sandwiches like no other could be.
She was a caring, lively soul who would help anyone with anything they needed. Danka had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deeply positive way and will greatly be missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years Prem, her daughter Veronica and grandson Sabastian.
