RACKHAM, David A. Born in Southend UK. Nov 07, 1932 passed away Dec 13, 2009. David emigrated to Canada in 1958. Settled in Prince George where he started a family. He moved to Ocean Park in 1971 where he Owned an operated a Plumbing business. He was a generous and Spiritial man who touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by family and friends.
