Don Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on December 23. He is survived by his loving wife Val Grubert (nee: Prowse) of 46 years; daughters Debbie Peters of Kelowna, Darlene Stone (Kevin Boszak) of South Surrey; sisters Arlene Mueller of Chilliwack, Elizabeth (Jim) Anderson of Surrey, seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Eric & Elise; brother Eric; son Thomas and grandson Scott Peters. Don was a Second Steward with BC Ferries for 33 years where he was respected for his work ethic and his faith in the Lord. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am, Friday, January 25, 2019, at Seaview Pentecostal Church, 14633 16th Ave, Surrey, BC.
