November 25, 2011. Peacefully at age 92 in Peace Arch Hospital. Born in Suffolk, England and immigrated to Canada in 1957. Doug was a long time resident of White Rock. Special thanks to the great staff at 6 north and 6 south at Peace Arch Hospital. No service by request.
