It is with great sadness that his family announces Doug's passing. Prior to his illness, Doug served in the military before 35 years as an executive in the food/agriculture industry and was an avid fisherman in his spare time. He showed great courage and quiet strength over the last twelve years, devoting his time to his children, a wonderful stay-at-home dad. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Karin, and their children, Forrest, Brontë, Paige, and Hunter, family and friends. Memorial service will take place Friday, January 23rd, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Church of the Holy Trinity, 15115 Roper Avenue, White Rock, BC.
