Edward Huggett

January 21, 2006

HUGGETT, Edward Charles Robert. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brave boy.

Ed gave his life doing what he loved, flying, and trying to save the lives of his passengers.

Ed was the loving son of Jonathan and Carolyn and grandson of Marjorie.

Ed was a wonderful brother to Matt (Ai) and Will (Dana).

Ed leaves behind his loving fiancee Kathryn.

Maddie and Caitlin will miss their Uncle Ed immensely.

Ed touched so many lives with his sense of humour and great smile.

He found his passion in life at the tender age of 18.

He once said he was his happiest flying.

He had a quiet gentle character and was always looking out for others.

We have so many wonderful memories.

How do you convey the sorrow that is felt inside, the place where darkness abides. Don't let your anger and sadness grow but fill your hearts and minds and thoought with his laughter and smile.

"For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall be (our) Shepherd and shall guide (us) unto the fountains of the waters of life: and God shall wipe away every tear from (our) eyes." Revelations 7:17.

Join us for a celebration of Ed's life at Peace Portal Alliance Church, the corner of 152 Street and King George Highway, South Surrey at 10:30 am., Saturday, January 28th.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Port Alberni Search and Rescue (P.O. Box 1137 Port Alberni, BC, V9Y 7L9), who stayed with Ed all night on the mountain before retrieving him from the plane on Sunday.
