FAWCETT: Ernest Charles (Ernie), Born in New Westminster, BC - Sept. 18, 1919, passed away peacefully April 24, 2005. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years Mary (May), son Art (Anne-Marie), daughters Susan (Colin), June (Mike), granddaughters Tammy, Jill, Leanne, Andrina and great-grandson Samual. Ernie joined the Canadian Army during the war then transferred to the Canadian Navy and patrolled the West Coast for the remainder of the war and then joined the Royal Canadian Air Force as an instrument technician. He was stationed at bases in Canada and Germany. Ernie then retired to White Rock where he could be found walking almost anywhere . By Ernie's request there will be no service.
