RUSSELL, Eveline Joyce
March 7, 1921 - February 7, 2017
Our darling, sweet Mum, Nan, Great-Grandmother, and Great-Great-Grandmother left us peacefully in her 96th year after a long and happy life, having left England in 1946.
Mum was pre-deceased by her loving husband Ted in 2004 after 64 wonderful years together.
She left behind her loving children, son John, daughters Joy, Linda (Dave), and Olive (Malcolm), her grandchildren Joel (Teresa), Parker (Peter), Lorne (Ellie), Wendy (Dean), Claudine, Carolina (Andrew), and Kelly (Tyler), her great-grandchildren Matthew (Ashina), Taylor (Noah), Miranda (Jake), Jeremy, Yvonne, Zane, Mason, Yasmine, Trinite, Blake, Jaspar and new arrival due in August and her great-great-grandchildren Aniyah and sister to arrive in June.
We would like to thank LaVonne who was Mum's lovely caregiver. Mum was happiest being with her family, working in her garden, and knitting for everyone. She is survived by her loving sister Pam and brother Ted, and many many nieces and nephews, and friends.
'Please don't cry or sing sad songs. I've gone home where I belong. My love for my family is strong as you know, I'll miss you all but, it's my time to go.'
