Passed peacefully from this life on Nov. 12th in White Rock, B.C. at age 89. Born in St. Catharines, she spent most of her years in Toronto, moving West in 1996. Predeceased by her husband Arthur and brother Jack. Loving mother of Gordon (Colleen) of White Rock, and Cathy (Carl) Vorhies of Portland, Oregon, grandma of
Michael, Colin, Jeff & Laura, sister of Bill (Joan) of Toronto, sister-in-law to Joyce and Ginny and aunt to five nieces & a nephew. She was a clever, creative, intelligent woman with a good sense of humour and a great love of books, nature and her family. Selfless to a fault and ahead of her time in so many ways. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to The Nature Conservancy of Canada or The Parkinson Society of British Columbia.
